"Also know that any fixes for 3.6 are done first in IBO 4.x and then merged into 3.6. The IBO 4.x versions are much more stable and performance has improved over 3.6 you are encouraged to upgrade to it. Especially if you registered IBO after Jan 1st 2001 there is no charge to upgrade to IBO 4."
