- BufferSynchronizeFlags

Can you pls specify:

- If you try these with IBConsole do you have the same results?
- Tell us if you have some parameter in BufferSynchronizeFlags;
- Tell us if you have any AfterPost procedure?

Helen: I use also the "buggy" 6.0.1 Open version and can not recreate the problem.

OK, the attached project uses your ASSAY table. The top ib_edit contains one of the char fields, the lower one your DisplayPOS field.

It works as expected on my setup in a dialect 3 database. The only difference we have is that you have that old IB 6 beta and I have the previous certified stable build of FB (haven't got around to installing FB 1.0.0 beta 2 yet).

Post back to the list your results with this ugly little project. :))
