I think we can treat Web as another area. The basic IBO does
not need it.

I have the project for Builder4->IB_SQL but I still have to
check it out. At the moment I have an IBO4 IB_Query on the
dialog page of a FastReport report and can edit the SQL just
as if it was in IBO. I want to clean that up first.
