I should be on the latest version, 4_3_C, and I have the
right bits and pieces, but I will do a clean sweep again
just in case.

I have worked out a way of editing the registry for Builder
5 so that I can switch back to IBO36 without having to
uninstall and reinstall packages. It should not affect the
packages, but I have nine current versions of IBO which it's
about time I rationalized back to just IBO3 and IBO4, so
it's possible something got messed up.
