Ah, OK, the comment about "patches" doesn't apply to the Evaluation version. It should be 3.6Di unless you downloaded it before June 26...

What version of Delphi are you installing it into?
Did you have IBO installed previously?
Do you have all of the paths properly set up in your Environment options?
