Because of significant changes in Delphi 6 I would prefer to have all those
porting to Delphi 6 to port to IBO 4. I would consider porting 3.x to Delphi
6 as new development and that isn't what I said I would do to the 3.6
release.

I do have some bug fixes to get into 3.6 anyway so I may give a Delphi 6
port a go. I'm just not considering it a priority.

IBO 4 already completely supports Delphi 6.
