From what I have been hearing it is certainly something I will take a
closer look at. I looked at it a few years ago but ended up going
with RB at that time.

To be honest I am seriously considering something completely
different. Perhaps HTMLReport or something very similar of my own.
The trick will be to come up with something that is not too
complicated in its package requirements. I really like the concept
and some of the features of HTMLReport, I even purchased a licence to
take a closer look - which leads to what I think is wrong with that
product...

- I do not like the coding style

- it uses PBear's HTML viewer but the distribution is not kept
properly synchronised so that when you buy the HTML viewer source (as
I did) it is difficult to get it to reintegrate properly.

- it includes various other bits as dll oly and I would prefer to
avoid that in any product I end up with. (Although I would put up
with this for a PDF report producer.)


We'll see. It could be a some months before I finally make the move.
