I've just tried to change the color of the selected row in an IB_Grid.
No success.

Could somebody please give an example?

I have already coded a GetCellProps event, to change the colors of the rows
depending on some field values. Now I want those rows to show the inverted
colors when selected, because they don't differ from "normal" rows when they
are selected.
