After studying the source code (for both 3.5cd and 3.5dg), I think it
might be just a change in design.

For version after 3.5d the behaviour of commit/rollback only close
the dataset if (CommitAction = caClose) AND
1 (refreshAction = raOpen) OR
2 CursorIsOpen (where refreshAction <> raOpen)

In others word when refreshAction is not raOpen, commit will only
close the dataset if all the cursor has reached the last items.

Is my understanding above correct? If it is so, I think some of the
tutorial might need to be updated.
