Thats very very intersting. Until I looked through the sourceforge
site I had not realised how much of this dual licensing went on.

It strikes me that the GPL is no longer being taken seriously. Not
that I am necessarily a fan of the GPL but dual licensing (especially
when you follow through to Borlands site and see that any submissions
made to FreeCLX must include a waiver to allow the inclusion of the
changes into the specially licenced version of CLX) seems like just a
fancy way of having your cake and eating it too!
