I work around it in delphi just creating another resource called
UPD_BAR_RFRSH_FILT in IB_UpdateBar.res and It compiles OK.

The Bitmap to UPD_BAR_RFRSH_FILT in IB_UpdateBar.res is missing.

it is missing. command line compile is ok. but the IDE complains.... I
suspect that you have the new one in the addon directory which didnt make it
in the 36dd zip.
