Neither ErWin, PowerDesigner nor ER/Studio. People say PowerDesigner can be
customized; I personally do not like that tool. You should choose between
XCase (full tool) and Dezign for Databases (entry tool) for IB6 support.
Since I'm on low budget, the latter suffices for my tasks.
