You're blind :) It's in the paragraph at the bottom, but I will re-iterate.

Query1.KeyLinks = 'Table B.ID=Table A.Lookup1'
Query2.KeyLinks = 'Table B.ID=Table A.Lookup 2'

Will setting up a view fix it? ...and is there any plan to make IBO use the
aliases? Seems it would be a good addition to make. I certainly do
appreciate your help. I hadn't thought of making a view for that. I'm just
very used to using aliases for everything.

Sorry to be such a bother, man, but I really do appreciate your help. I
hate it when I have such a difficult time with 'little things' that should
'just work' (in my mind).
