i know, but i just don't like to deal with files or debuggers. i just want to see a live monitor that shows what IB is doing.
I switched my threading model to tmSingle to avoid thread violations and now just write the output to my appserver.
works OK

You should have OutputDebugString capability... or write out to a log file.
