Just to add a note to this - since I am not sure if it is documented
anywhere.

When you check the YesLike option, if the search text is all uppercase
or all lowercase then the search is done using containing - which is
not case sensitive. If the search text is given in mixed case, IBO
assumes you want a case sensitive search and uses LIKE %...% (which is
case sensitive).
