I tried to follow the params that TDatabase used. The goal being once
TDatabase was changed to TIBODatabase it would continue working exactly as
expected.

I followed this convention as long as I felt what the BDE was doing made
sense. Better to use what people might already be used to doing than
creating a new way of doing things.

I think IBX is pretty much just doing its own thing.

In IBO I prefer that people use the individual properties instead of the
Params because it avoids the potential ambiguity of a misspelling of a param
identifier.
