For any list you are subscribed to, the E-mail header will show you, where
to unsubscribe.
If you are using outlook, right-click on the email, and choose
option...there you can find the mail-header.

There are ISP's, which won't pass on the mail to you, if the
usubcribe-adress for a mailing-list is empty.
