And it's more important this year, just because the IBO list was killed on
Mers by the time the poll in Delphi Informant was being launched, so several
people were disconnected from IBO tech support and IBO announcements and
didn't know where to go.
Probably Delphi Informant awarded Rob Schieck the first place in the
censorship contest.
