I did a fresh install of D6 and IBO on a 233mhz P2 machine. The dwell is
also noticeable on this machine, but is much less than on my main computer.
I suspect that my computer is is starting to bog down due to too many
applications having been installed over the last couple years.
It is still a mystery why the compiler pauses on the IBO units, and not on
any other 3rd party components I have.
