Download the RBuilder.zip from the Files Area. It works well with D6 and
RB6.
Otherwise (D5 or even D4), use the IBOPipeleine-1999-something.zip, extract
it, overwrite the IBOPipeline Unit with the one from the Files area by Geoff
Worboys (IBOPipelineUnitRB55.zip) and compile the package shipped with the
zip. YOu'll get some error-messages but once you remove all required
packages from the Package, Delphi will automatically add the proper required
packages again.
If this does not help, I can send you my own RB_Pipeline Package ready to
run in D5 with RB6 privately...
