Perhaps you have some code causing the entire dataset to be
refreshed/related - and a grid causing the load of 7 of the records.
Or perhaps it is the detail or a master/detail setup and the detail is
being fully reloaded?

If none of the above apply then I would need a demonstration
application showing the problem to see what may be happening. When I
tried it here I only got my OnCalculateField handler called twice
after a Post.
