To elaborate, I was asking whether you could use infopower controls
and connect them to a database control in a data module and still use
interbase. Just not use the connection or transaction.
I understand now that you have to use a connection in order to use
interbase at all.

I would still like to know how to trace through my program without
have to trace through IB code. I tried F8 but it doesn't work and it
takes a long time to get through IB code.
