Please update to the latest for testing purposes if it isn't too much
trouble.
I'd like to know if the issue is in the latest or not.
It is a real pain for me to step backwards because I forget where things
were in specific detail. With the latest I know exactly where things are at.
Plus, I am extremely confident about the quality of the current base of
code.

Am I correct that there is only a problem if calling ParamByName() without
first calling Prepare explicitly?
