This is Jasons equivalent of IBConsole, but much better.
It's free from the IBObjects website, and all the source
code is included in registered versions of IBO - not sure
about evaluations - using Builder I had to go straight to
the real thing <g>

All of the clever stuff is demoed in IB_SQL and this is the
best place to try out SQL and check the raw database. In
other words its an essential tool.
