If you are talking about the IB_Monitor, when run on your
application it should show WHAT is taking 50 seconds to
complete. The point of looking at the monitor is to see what
IBO is creating that takes the database 50 seconds to
process. If IB_Monitor is reporting sub second actions then
when does the 50 seconds 'pause' happen before or after the
fetches in IB_Monitor - that is the data has been gathered,
but the client machine is then taking 50 seconds to display
it, or it takes 50 seconds to do something before starting
the fetch?
