Oops! back to the drawing board. Somewhere between TMaskEdit and
TIB_Edit the function of overriding the edit height is set back to
being based on the font size. TMaskedit lets you set heights during
edit and running phase to a set height. TIB_Edit lets you set it
during design but then overrides it during run/display.
Still checking.......
