Since I very very often use GetServerDefaults in my queries, I'm
wondering if it't buffered (as long as the "select" sql does not
change) or if the defaults are re-fetched every time the query is
prepared, even if their values have been previously got and nothing in
the select has changed...
If not, do you think that will worth the implementation? It could be
very straightforward (for you, not for me ;)).
