thank you for your reply. When I said the grid does not show values
not in the combobox's Items[] I was referring to the display of the
cells, not the Items[] in the combo. It's ok (actually desired)
that "user-defined" items do not show up in the list.

The problem of wrong display was solved with patch Fd, which has
resolved that issue.
