I use the Manuals that come from the Borland site: you can download then from the borland site (PDF's) or you can buy a print version.

There are some changes for the firebird version that you will not see at that manuals.

I know of though.

Check Jason's site for some links. Also IBPhoenix.com, mers.com come to mind.
