Can you not just add the entry? (appropriately translated, of course...)

E_Invalid_conn_path = 'Invalid connection path';

It is located after the declaration for E_NOT_CONNECTED.

The non-English ib_constants translations are contributed voluntarily by IBO community members. You can get insight into how recent the version for your language is, by looking at the version constant declarations near the top of the unit. You are most welcome to update the unit you want to use and contribute your updated version for the convenience of others.
