This won't work in MasterParamLinks unless he changes his parameter name to
:ORDERS.CUSTNO.

You must put the name of the parameter and the name of the corresponding
column in the master dataset in each entry.

The problem he had was he didn't give the parameter the same name as the
column he expected the value to be plugged into.
Perhaps he was expecting me to examine the names of the columns in the
master dataset and apply the values based upon the same column names there.
This is something I could consider doing.
