OK, first thing, that help file is nearly a year old. Please download the most recent one from the Downloads page of the web site.

Confirmed - and apologies!! - the help file doesn't contain index entries for the property names I recall now that the version of the help-generation tool Jason uses has a bug in this respect.

Go to the help for TIB_Dataset and click Properties. You will find the PessimisticLocking entry there. By the way, make use of the Hierarchy menu item in these component help files - they will lead you to the "main substance" of the help, in the ancestor classes.

There are also several entries in the online FAQ on this topic.
