Thanks for the clarification Claudio.

I suspect that all we can do in IBO is document the issue and perhaps
provide a function to make it easy to retrieve the ArrayDesc when
necessary (before doing an assignment to an array parameter).

I am not sure if there will be other consequences inside IBO of the
relation and field names not being available with the parameter - my
simple data transfer operations dont seem to care too much.
