I have no problem with that - all deleted records dissapear.
If only I could get the fresh data within this deleting process

If you are using an SP, there is no information to delete
the matching buffered record - at least I don't think there
is.
In that case there is no record to match up with in the
database which may leave the deleted record visible in the
buffer. Does a local delete then tidy things up?
