What version of the iboPipeline and RB are you using? I remember something
like this quite a while back but have not seen recently.

I tried to install the IBOPipeline for ReportBuilder. Compiling the updated
dbk i get a file not found error for the file LibIntf.dcu

I can't find this file at all. Even not in the ReportBuilder directory. Who
can help me.
