One duplex that I rented one time had 2 garages between the living
spaces so that helped separate the units and cut down on the neighbors
noise. The one I had was with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and
a laundry room next to the garage. Appliances such as stove,
refrigirator, washer and dryer were provided.
