I'm having enough trouble creating time to get over to Germany!

Seriously, given the geographic spread of IBO users, the web would be a
better place to do some training. Will the notes from Germany be
available on-line? Incase I can't organise to get over.

One of my customers has just spent £10k ($16k) training the support
engineers because a customer of theirs insisted on Microsoft
'acreditation'. The engineers spent the time correcting the trainer and
proving him wrong!

Real knowledge is better than pieces of paper and someone knows the
proper answer somewhere, it is just a matter of finding the correct
question to ask.
