I was probably hinting at this when suggesting a beefup of IB_WISQL.
Backup and Restore are all I consider to be missing at present.

Now that I have the next level of my messaging system working, I am
having to use individual user names for machines ( rather than them all
being LESTER ), so being able to check for a User entry, and add it
would help, but I use IB_WISQL at present anyway to add them.
