the original was about getting glyphs on the ib_grid.

I tried so many different things that I dont really know why this or
why that. I simply wanted the glyphs to show on the title cells...

I do have the orderingcolor and font ok, but no little drawings, and
it p*** me off, because it seems so simple that I cant miss, and
yet...
