Hi,
as i sad - not removing the packages before recompiling and loading the
new ones created the exact same problem for me!
So the solutions is.
1.) remove IBO Package from Delphi
2.) remove all disabled dependend packages
3.) Recompile the IBO Package and install
4.) Recompile and install your dependend packages
5.) read to rock!
