The new component TIB_Label is just an updated version of the old
TLabelEnh that used to be in the AddOn directory. It is this updated
component with its additional display capabilities that AutoLabel is
now using. However it is easy enough to prevent it from registering
to the palette - I already have a define setup to prevent the
non-IBO-aware version of registering, so I will put this inside the
check as well. That way, if someone wants direct access, they just
add the define to the project.
