Just click the line in the heading which says

List-Unsubscribe: <IBObjects-unsubscribe@egroups.com>

and send off the resulting email. Just make sure that the "From" part is
the same as the one which you subscribed with.

BTW: If this means you're not using IBO any more, why did you stop using
IBO (many people on this list tries to understand why not every programmer
uses IBO)?
