Yes it is. But something is moving.
The point is that only a small fraction of the small (but growing) group
of IB developers in Italy seems to use IBO. The BDE, FIB+ and IBX seem
to be preferred alternatives. I suspected that maybe IBO being perceived
as a commercial (thus more costly) product could play a part on this
trend.
