You can set up to either 1. Get individual e-mails, 2. A daily digest
(a group of messages in one e-mail)or 3. No mail/Web only. Personally
I have mine set up with option #3 and I just read the messages on the
eGroups server thus eliminating the 40 - 50 e-mails per day.
