Thanks for adding me to the BETA list.

Any idea when I could get my hands on the beta ? I promise not to
report any bugs until your ready to accept them. I have got plenty to
do prior to the testing phase and would really like to continue the
InterBase conversion ASAP.

As far as cached updates are concerned, under the BDE and Paradox, I
found them to be more trouble then there worth. So to answer your
question, no I am not using cached updates.
