Once I had a problem like this and, when I debugged, I noticed that the
"Invalid Floating Point Operation" was a Division by Zero that was
occurring.

I think you will need to help me reproduce this problem. I have never seen
or heard of it before.
I wonder if perhaps you have a different version of IBO installed as a
package than you have source you are compiling your apps with?
Please try recompiling your packages again.
