You need the Delphi 5 packages to execute the binary distribution of the
application. Delphi 6 packages will not work - Borland has decided, for
good and for bad, that different versions will ship with different,
incompatible libraries.

If you have Delphi 6, however, you can simply rebuild the application
from the source distribution. I was especially careful to avoid
requiring additional components to be installed for this projects.
