If you are talking about the Delphi datapump, yes it is, because it doesn't
know about IB 6 dialect 3 Timestamp type. The equivalent type in IB 5 and
in IB 6 dialect 1 is DATE. Try to get it to convert Paradox timestamp to
InterBase 5 DATE type.
