Another important resource is the archive of the interbase@...
listserve at www.mers.com. It has a search engine. Know that this list
archive is the major resource at present for InterBase. Over the years, it
has been monitored closely by InterBase R & D people (going right back to
the Wolf himself) and has huge amounts of input from Ann Harrison, Diane
Brown (the SQL expert), Bill Karwin, Charlie Caro and other IB notables.

It is going to be the main resource for the content of the InterBase
Developer's Handbook, planned to be in print by second quarter next year.

If you haven't subscribed to the mers list yet, it's a necessary step. But
we still want to document your progress here. <g>
