IBPReplicator uses log to replicate changes only, so total size of database is
irrelevant. Throughput mostly depends on hardware and size of replicated records. 100
records per second can be an estimated minimum.

No. For the simplest master-slave case it takes 15-20 minutes (not counting time for
reading documentation).
